- The vast majority of our rose gold beads and charms are 24ct Rose Gold Filled. Plating is 1-2 coats onto sterling silver, whereas being 'filled' means 15-16 coats of the rose gold bonded onto the sterling silver bead. This results in a bead/charm being almost as good as pure 24ct Rose Gold and if looked after, they should last and not tarnish. Please follow our care instructions which come with each purchase.
